RETURN POLICY
Please email us for return instructions and return address. Do not send any items back without having received an email from us back with the return address (it may be different than the sender address on original package). 
Items must be unworn with the original tags attached in order to receive a refund.
If your return is approved by us, you must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving it. The refund will be processed once we have received your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays for all shipping costs related to the return. For International orders, we don't refund any customs/taxes related charges.
There are no returns, refunds nor exchanges on any of the following items:
- Gloves and accessories
- Semi customized items or items with customized altered sizing or any other changes to the original pattern/style.
- Final sale items
- Custom Costumes

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may CANCEL an order within 24 hrs once the order has been placed. After 24 hrs, the order is in process and cancellation is no longer possible.
We truly want all our customers to be happy with our products, so always feel free to contact us with questions and concerns!

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another color or size, you will need to return your item which you will receive a refund for and then place another order. Please make sure to contact us first to confirm return address. 
Since most of our items are made to order and we need production time for your order, we can't guarantee that the price from when you originally bought your item (for example if you placed your original order during a sale), will be the same at the time of you placing the new order. We will however try to get your exchange to you as quick as possible!
